Elections for the vacant Collegium Nos. mentioned above, the Treasurer and the President
are scheduled to be held on the following dates and as per the programme as indicated hereunder:
NOMINATION FOR COLLEGIUM REPRESENTATIVES:
Date of filing Nomination application: March 7, 2015: 10 A.M. to 12 Noon.
Date of Withdrawal of Nomination: March 7, 2015 12 Noon to 01 P.M.
Election for Collegium. March 8, 2015 10 A.M. to 12 Noon.
Declaration of Result. March 8, 2015.
NOMINATION FOR PRESIDENT AND THE TREASURER.
Date of filing Nomination March 14, 2015 10 A.M. to 12 Noon.
Date of Withdrawal of Nomination. March 14,2015 12.00 Noon to 01 P.M.
Election for both posts. March 15, 2015 10 A.M. to 12 Noon.
Declaration of Results. March 15, 2015.
Notes: The above activities will take place at the office of RWA: D-11/18, Basement, Ardee City, Sector 52, Gurgaon.
Members desirous of filing nomination should bring one passport size photograph.
Voters are requested to please ensure that their payment for annual subscription is upto date till March 31, 2015, so that they are eligible to vote at the elections.
The voters I.D. Cards and the voters slips can be collected from the RWA office.
