Enhanced Maintenance Bill is the Outcome of Chaupal’s Correspondence

Dear Residents,

Your RWA tried several times to settle the cost of maintenance with Builder but Chaupal intervened & result is enhanced maintenance bill. Event details given below:

1. RWA met Chaupal & explained them regarding the possible unfortunate action can be taken by Builder at any moment ,if we do not settle across table with builder ( Chaupal letter dtd May 21, 2011 ) but Chaupal said “NO to EVERYTHING”
2. Chaupal thereafter made appeal with District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum against our proposed settlement with Builder as “ Not to accept RWA settlement with Builder but they shall wait for the decision of the Hon. Court”( Letter Dtd July 18,2011).
3. Chaupal also supported the Builder by stating that “Residents have individual agreements with Builder so RWA has no role “hence they shall wait for decision of the Hon. Court, (Letter Dtd July 18,2011).
4. Chaupal got signatures of various residents & submitted to all the authorities & have been attending the Hon. Court on every date to see if their application gets recognised. The outcome is in your hands now. Chaupal was acting in cohesion with Builder to defeat RWA.

NOTE: To the best of our knowledge Hon. Court has not made any decision till now regarding our pending maintenance case, we are investigating & seeking clarifications from Hon. Court ,until then request you not to pay Enhanced Maintenance Bill.
