Intimation - Modified Coll-Groups for Election of Executive Members Only

Dear residents/Collegium Representatives,

With reference to the earlier letter dated 28.9.2020 wherein formation of Collegium Groups was intimated. In partial modification to the Collegium Groups to the effect of geographical location of the collegiums, please refer to the new Collegium Groups as given below for filing of Nomination for the posts of Executive member(s) only.

Collegium Groups as given below.

1. Col-Group A:             Collegium Numbers 01 to 12
2. Col-Group B:             Collegium Numbers 13 to 25
3. Col-Group C:             Collegium Numbers 26 to 38
4. Col-Group D:             Collegium Numbers 39 to 51
5. Col-Group E:             Collegium Numbers 52 to 60

The new Nomination form (enclosed herewith) for Governing Body has also been modified to reflect the same Collegium Group. The new Nomination form can be collected from the RWA office or downloaded from the RWA Website (http:/www.ArdeeCityRWA.com).
