Nominations for CR Elections After Withdrawals Date 23.9.20 Pg 1/3

Dear Residents,

Sub: Elections for the Ardee City Resident Welfare Association (RWA) - reg

Consequent to issue of Election schedule dated 11.09.20, the date of Nomination for   Collegium Representative was scheduled for 20.09.2020. For 60 Collegiums, 57 Nominations were received with respect to 54 Collegiums (and 3 collegiums received 2 Nominations each) and for 6 Collegiums No Nomination were received and therefore left unrepresented. As per the schedule, the date of withdrawal of Nominations for Collegium Representative was 23.09.2020 and One candidate having membership No. 240 from Collegium No. 51 withdrew his nomination.

The details are as under:

1. Collegiums where only One Nominations Form was received and the candidates are elected unopposed are (Total 52 Nos.): 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26,   27, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, 40, 41, 43, 44, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 57, 58, 59 and 60.
2. Collegiums Nos where No Nomination Form was received and were left unrepresented are (Total 06 Nos.):  1, 2, 28, 42, 45, 56
3. Collegium Nos. where Two Nomination Forms were received and need Elections are: 30 and 38

With respect to (iii) above, the eligible Voters for the Collegium Nos. 30 and 38, are here by requested to bring One Photo Identity Card (Ardee RWA Membership Card/ Voter ID Card/ Aadhar Card/ Driving License/ Passport).

Candidates, in their own interest for the said 2 Collegiums (30 and 38) are requested to observe the process of election themselves to ensure transparency.

During elections, for candidates receiving equal no. of votes, the winner/ selection of candidate will be decided by draw of lots/ Parchi.
