- I am happy to inform you all that our residents are taking benefit of the initiative of RWA to take cheques for electricity bills who deposit their maintenance cheques with RWA. It has already been intimated that the Open House Meet held on the 30th November, has already given approval to the continuance of the Escrow Account, which, along with other suggestions will serve as a new mandate for the Governing Body to meet the aspirations of the residents.
- On the 7th December, 2014, the Swachh Ardee campaign is going to be launched from the Gate No.3. This is going to be a continuing programme as a part of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan .
All are requested to please support the Cultural Initiative's efforts with full vigour and zeal.
- New Election I.D. Cards are going to be issued on the 7th and 14th December, 2014. The officials of the Election Department will be working from the RWA office for this purpose. Those requiring any corrections in their existing cards can also benefit.
- We are also writing to the Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, to kindly depute a small team of official for issuing UID cards to residents of the Ardee City and the neighboring colonies. As soon as we receive any positive response, the same will be fully disseminated for your information.
- Hopefully, every resident has noted the refund in the electricity bill under the column 'Other Receipts', which is a result of the lacuna in the previous bills pointed by the RWA to the General Manager, Site office, Ardee City, Sector 52, Gurgaon a few days back.
