Dear residents as you are all aware that Revision Petition that was filed by Ardee Management against the the order passed by the Honorable District Commission, Delhi whereby given liberty to the RWA to revoke the authority of the Ardee Management to provide maintenance services in the colony, and subsequently RWA acted on that order was disposed off by Hon'able state commission and Ordered both party to maintain a status-qua and directed both party to go to District Commission, and also directed district forum to decide the matter within four months from the date of passing of the present order on 23.11.2015.
In view of the above order , RWA will be continues to peruse the cancellation of maintenance agreement and handing over the non essential maintenance to RWA by builder .
In the meantime we are thanking our residents ,who are supporting our cases by depositing the maintenance to our escrow account or by not paying maintenance to builder.
On case which was filed by RWA for rendition of account , Builder has sought 2 months time to come up with all the documents .We will be updating once we have any progress on this.
