- The Govt. of Haryana have announced the proposal that the Municipal Corporation take over the colonies developed by private builders in Gurgaon. This news appeared in the Nav Bharat Times and other newspapers on the 9th December, 2014. Accordingly, we have also written to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, that they may consider taking Ardee City colony in the first phase of their planning, by which they will be able to realise House Tax on a sustainable basis from the earliest possible date.
- An unfortunate incident took place near flats Nos.C-1/42 GF and C-1/46 GF in Ardee City. Two-three miscreants tried to attack the private guard posted on the night of December 24-25 at 2.30-3.00 a.m. The unfortunate part is that the security deployed by the management did not take any action. This matter has been brought to the notice of the Management under endorsement to the Commissioner of Police and the SHO, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon.
- The election process is on track and further necessary steps will be intimated by Election Officer in the next few days.
