- A good readable copy of the minutes of the meeting of the Deputy Commissioner held on July 23, 2014 is now available with the General Secretary and can be perused. The position is by and large the same as stated in the previous communications. However, in the context of the Community Centre, it is seen that the Club has been clubbed with it. Whereas a direction has been given by the Deputy Commissioner to the Management to immediately start construction of the Community Centre, the club already exists at the site as per the layout plan. It is being wrongly used by the Management and should be handed over to the RWA. A letter is under issue from RWA to the Ardee Management Directors, which, inter-alia, also contains this point. This letter will be put on the communication network for the information of our residents.
- It is proposed to re-do the notice boards and signboards of the RWA in the Ardee City, numbering about six and forty respectively. Some of them may require replacement and other may need to be repaired only. In this connection, your suggestions with probable cost estimates will be very helpful for taking urgent action at our end.
- Regarding installation of CCTV cameras, as per the instructions of the Commissioner of Police, Gurgaon, we are trying to locate an organisation which can prepare a plan for all the various blocks of the colony and indicate the likely expenditure involved. The Ardee Management is installing such cameras at the four main gates of the colony. We shall try to persuade them to share the expenditure of their installation for the colony, since they would be saving some expenditure on the security guards in this process. In this connection also, your valuable suggestions will be very helpful.
- The 15th August 2014 is fast approaching. Kindly give your suggestions to organize this National function in a graceful manner. You may also suggest some small activities for kids befitting the occasion.
