There is any clarity on this issue? Unfriendly Neighbours who don’t bother anyone, and start building illegal construction on Terrace. Why RWA not taking any action on this?

Provisions in law are statutory & are above any contractual obligations made in a flat buyer agreement. There should not be any doubt about it.
The Builder had constructed a pillar on the boundary wall to give support to 3-storeyed building under construction in the neighbourhood. R.W.A. was not prepared to listen leaving me no option but to make complaint to the police who visited the site and told the Builder that they cannot touch boundary wall . The Police told them that they would face police action if the construction was not dismentalled at once and the boundary wall was got repaired. Builder dismantelled pillar and got the damaged boundary wall repaired on the same day. Therefore ,it is not legal to make any constructions on the common areas.

2nd floor has been sold at higher price than first floor whereas it should be at a lower cost. The added benefit was the terrace for the 2nd floor for the higher price taken. In the agreement, big builders developing the colony, mentioned terrace along with 2nd floor and accordingly the registery was also done mentioning this fact. There is no confusion anywhere.
