	BATTLE WON !! Ardee has revoked Service Tax on electricity consumption. Now service will be charged on Admin charges only. Thanks to the team. ------------------------------------- Update: 16-10-2012 Â The ST Negative List says transmission & distribution of electricity by transmission or distribution utility, so ST should not be applicable on Electricity Bill . Since builder is charging 12% Service Charge , they can claim 12.36% on Service charge only , not the full invoice amount... Â
