For the information of Ardee City Residents :

After the AGM on 10.11.2013 , Chaupal approached the Hon. Consumer Forum , Delhi for the following points :

1) To impede & to make Chaupal as party in the on going maintenance case with Ardee Management , they have tried this earlier also.

2) The recently done maintenance agreement not to be binding on Chaupal people & allow them to pay INR 225 pm as maintenance & INR 100 as water charges.

3) RWA not a recognised body & not allowed to execute any agreement.

Hon. Consumer Forum rejected their application on all grounds & they were not made party in case.

*It has been clarified that elecricity connections will not be disconnected of those who have received notices from Ardee for disconnection.
