Adree RWA Holi Celebration was an awesome experience for me and my family. I hope other fellow resident would also agree to this. There were certain reservation before going there (viz. whether proper security will be there or not, whether it would be crowded with notorious people from adjoining areas, hope family will be secured, etc.). But, I would like to congratulate the organizing committee for doing a wonderful job and reducing all the fears. Three Cheers to the Team, who did it. We should do more such event to bring Ardee City to the level of a very good housing society and community.
However, having said that, certain resident would agree that we still need to go a long way to make available all the requisite of good society. To give you an example, the event which precedes the Holi celebration is Holika Dehan. But to my surprise, there were so such event organized. Some of the resident who belong to a certain religion had harrowing time finding out a Holika Dehan site to carry out the morning worship and then the evening ritual before the Holika Dehan. I would suggest that next time we should also take care of the full requirement of a particular festival in entirety, if it is supposed to be public festival. To give you an example, in our C1 lane, last year during KArwa Chauth, some of our senior resident in the area organized a group KArwa chauth celebration and also invited a Pandit to carry out the relevant Pooja and not just the get together. I hope some you agree to this.
To end the note, Holi Celebration of Adrdee City Rocked!!!!
Cheers!!!
