ELECTION NOTICE for ELECTION OF RWA ARDEECITY, SECTOR 52, GURGAON.
Date:27 January, 2014
MEMBERS/RESIDENTS.
The Schedule for various activities falling on the election route up to electing the Governing Body of the Residents Welfare Association (RWA), Ardeecity, is given hereunder:
- The list of members as per records of the RWA has already been updated on the Website of the Association.
- Final list of the Members has also been posted on website on 22.January, 2014. Along with this list a list of 60 collegium indicating the area falling under each collegium has been posted on the website. This list shall indicate the collegium for electing one candidate from each collegium . Alongwith this another list of 5 collegium constructed out of the above 60 collegium has also been exhibited on the website. This list will have one representative from each of the 5 collegium to represent as executive in the General Body.
- Nominations for candidates desirous of representing their collegium shall be supported by at least one live member and shall be submitted to undersigned from 31 January to 2 February, 2014 by 5 p.m. latest. The Nomination Form can be collected from RWA office on any working day from 28 January, 2014. No nomination shall be accepted after this time on whatsoever ground.
- Any candidate desirous of withdrawing his candidature shall do it on 4 February, 2014 by 5 p.m. A letter to this intention has to be handed over to the undersigned in person.
- Final list of Valid candidates shall be posted on the website on 5 February, 2014.
- Election to elect collegium representative will be held on 9 February. 2014 (SUNDAY). The election process shall be closed at 5 p.m. and the results declared the same day after 5 p.m.
- Nominations from desirous candidates for General Body vis President, Vice President, General Secretary, Jt. Secretary &Treasurer and also the 5 members for representing as executives from the 5 collegium mentioned in Para 3, ibid, shall be received in the RWA office till 5 p.m. on 11 February, 2014.
- Any Candidate desirous of withdrawing his candidature can do so by 5 p.m. till 12 February,2014.
- Election to 5 Governing Body members and also the 5 executive members shall be held on 16 February, 2014 (SUNDAY). The collegium representatives of the respective collegium can cast their votes till 5 p.m. the same day. The results to the Governing Body members and the executive members shall be announced after 5 p.m. the same day. WISHING YOU ALL BEST OF LUCK.

2.A complete list of members as of 10 January, 2014 is enclosed. The members were given opportunity to point out discrepecancy by 21 January 2014. I am proceeding with holding of elections as per the schedule ibid and request you to appoint an observer to oversee the smooth and fair conduct of the elections.
