Details about the maintenance Cheques

• Cheques should be favouring:

 “Ardee City RWA maintenance Escrow Account”

• Cheque should be for the amount Rs 1686/ as on your maintenance and water bill

• Please Write the following on the reverse of the cheque

1. Your name
2. Your address
3. Your contact number
4. Your RWA membership number

• Non – members can also deposit the cheques, but are requested to become the members of the RWA on immediate basis.
• Tenants can also deposit the cheques in a similar manner, and apply for the RWA membership in the name of the owner
• We would submit a single cheque to the court on the 30th September 2014, for water @ Rs 150/- plus Service Tax and similarly a single cheque for the maintenance Bill @ Rs 225/- plus Service Tax along with a list of all those who have submitted these cheques to the RWA.
• As of now we are not deciding about how much should be the maintenance bill and advising residents to deposit the same amount as per the bill raised by the Ardee City Builder. We would only take a call about this once we are empowered to do so legally and financially.

We are holding a meeting of the Collegiums Members on 28th September 2014 to decide upon the further course of action in this regard. Also we plan to hold a meeting of all the residents towards the end of October after the model code of conduct is over.

Also the members of the Governing Body of the RWA are available on every Sunday 10 AM to 11 AM to discuss and answer any queries related to the issues faced by the residents and solutions thereof.
