The Election of RWA will be based on Collegium system like previous two elections of RWA. Ardee City (poltted area) has a total of 60 collegiums.
The new houses built in last three years will be part of the closest collegium of that area.
A collegium consists of a number of houses/fLoors/flats, details of which would be in the respective collegium. Nomination(s) will be sought from each collegium. More than one eligible voter can file nomination from his/her collegium.
Only the members whose membership is active as of 02.9.2020 are will be eligible to contest and vote the elections.
The elections will be held in two phases.
Phase 1- Election for collegium representatives; 60 collegium representatives in total i.e. one from each collegium.

Only eligible voters will be able to vote to elect his Collegium Representative. In case of a single nomination for the post of collegium representative, that candidate would be declared elected as unopposed i.e. without casting of any vote.
The winners of Phase 1 i.e. elected Collegium Representatives, would elect the Governing Body(GB) of RWA.The GB members will be elected out of the 60 elected Collegium Representatives only.
A Collegium Representaive can contest for multiple posts of the GB.
