Event Tracker - for future events

Hi All,

I feel that we should have an event tracker (on a monthly basis) for future events so that everyone is well informed and prepared. This will increase participation.

Further, I would like to be a part of the event organising committee (if there is one, i am sure there will be). If not, we can form one and i would like to take that initiative.

Please let me know the procedure and how we can go about it
