We had a meeting with the STP today regarding the OC & CC of our flats. Also we handed over the letter attached to him In which we asked for the following:
- What is the current status of OC & CC as on 31st July 2014.
- Provide us a list of all the houses for which OC & CC has been issued
- Provide us a list of all the houses for which OC & CC has not been issued
- Give us the reasons for which OC & CC has not been issued
The response was positive and without wasting any time the STP gave instructions to the concerned JE Mr Jawahar to provide us the list. Mr Jawahar was asking for more time, but we insisted. Mr Jawahar told us that the lists would be prepared and handed over to us within 2 days. If not on Monday again we would pursue this matter with STP. Mr Jawahar mentioned that OC & CC has been issued to 245 plots which means roughly about 730 flat have the OC & CC. 20 Parsavnath plots already have the same. Which makes this number to roughly about 780 plus. Exact details would be published soon.
