Incorrect Expiry Date

Dear Secretary

I have renewed,  my membership on 01.Feb.09. It should be valid till next year Jan.

However, the expiry date has been wrongly mentioned in your record as well as in the receipt given to me. I have visited twice to the office to rectify this.

However, somehow it could not be done as either it is too crowdy or the time is close to shut office.

I would therfore request, if you correct your record. Thanks a lot.
