Dear Residents,

Under the instruction of District Registrar, Firms & Societies, Gurgaon vide letter dated 27.02.2017 the Ad-Hoc committee is responsible to conduct the election of Ardee City Residents Welfare Association. The Ad-Hoc committee has already initiated the process on 13th March 2017 but due to request of residents the dates for renewal of the membership and corrections is being extended. Pl take this opportunity to renew your membership and participate in election of RWA.

1. This is to inform all residents who are/were member at any given time, this is the last opportunity to renew your membership and make corrections, if any, so that you are eligible to vote in the elections which are due in May 2017.
2. The time to update is 22.04.2017  4:00 PM thereafter list will be finalised for election and NO further changes will be permitted.
3. Please contact Ashish at RWA office situated at D – 11 / 18 Basement, Ardee City. Ph: 0124 4037272
4. The office is open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM on all days except Wednesday which is a holiday
5. In case of any correction – please provide the details to be corrected with proof, eg. Maintenance Bill / Electricity Bill / payment receipt (by RWA of membership fee) / RWA membership card / Sales Agreement / Registration deed, etc. as applicable related to the changes to be made. Please bring a signed copy for handing over and the originals for verification
6. Those members who don’t have RWA Identity / Membership card or have not filled Form 10, please fill the form 10 so that ID can be issued which will be required for voting in election
7. Please also provide your current email ID and phone number so that it will become easier, fast and effective communication. Can just drop a slip at RWA office giving your membership number, name, Flat number, phone and email ID. (this is applicable for all members)
8. Please don’t wait for last date
9. Request please inform your neighbor and friends within Ardee City so that they can avail this opportunity
