RWA Update on Actions 02-Apr-2015

• This financial year will come to a close on March 31, 2015.  Our Annual Accounts for this year have been audited and are ready to be submitted to the authorities concerned after they are adopted by the Collegium (General Body) in their meeting to be held on the 12th April, 2015. 

• We are happy to report that the Tahsildar, who conducted an enquiry regarding the purchase of sports goods with a grant of Rs. 5 lakhs given  by the Haryana Government, has held that the allegations levelled by Shri Romesh Kumar Gupta are baseless and that the RWA has not committed any lapses.

• I request you once again  to please pass on your suggestions for the meeting of the Collegium proposed for the 12th April, 2015. Even if there is one point per  Collegium member, it would mean over 30 points and barring repetitions, we could think of a formidable  agenda of at least 20 points.

• It may be mentioned that you may be required to ratify the decision of the Governing Body about appointment of Shri Arvind Kumar as the President and of Shri Arun Kumar Sharma as the Treasurer of the RWA, in terms of the provisions of the Haryana Registration & Regulation of Societies Act, 2012.
