RWA Update on Actions 02-Jan-2015

• As you are all aware, Shri Romesh Kumar Gupta, ex-President, RWA, had filed  a complaint in regard to purchase of sports goods by the RWA during 2013. This was filed in different offices, such as, the District Registrar, Firms & Societies, Gurgaon and the Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon. At the last hearing held on December 22, 2014, the District Registrar had said that he would probe the matter. Regarding the second, the Naib-Tahsildar (Sales) Shri Rajbir Singh, accompanied by his Kanungo Shri Arun Sharma, visited the RWA office. S/Shri Arvind Kumar, President, M.M. Arora, General Secretary and Shri Arun Kumar Treasurer, were present.  Shri T.N. Kaul, former President, RWA, was also present. Subsequently, Shri Romesh Kumar Gupta, was requested by the Naib-Tahsildar, to join the enquiry. During the enquiry,  Shri Arun Sharma, explained the complete background of the case, as well as the present  positioning of the various items on the ground. Shri Arora briefed the team with respect to the documents relating to purchase, payment and final documentation of the case. Shri Arun Sharma furnished the necessary corroborations of the position. At the end of the enquiry, the Naib Tahsildar, furnished a copy of the complaint received by them, for furnishing a reply thereto by RWA.  They also desired  photocopies of certain documents, such as report to the Deputy Commissioner, complaint against Shri Sandeep Gupta and other similar complaints, the sports-policy paper, the relevant provision in the bye-laws permitting sports activities, copies of the documents testifying return of the goods by some recipients, the alleged attempts by Shri R.K. Gupta, to black-mail the present RWA, etc.. These documents are being prepared and will be furnished to the officer in the next few days.

• We had notified elections for the vacant collegiums, as well as the post of the President and the Treasurer. December 31, 2014, was the last date fixed for the residents to finally update their membership.  Only two applications for fresh membership and one for renewal have been received up to 31.12.2014.  Their   ID cards  are under preparation/issue.  The Election Officer is being informed of this position for further action required to be taken in the matter.

• The residents are requested to please be ready for the Ardee Management strategy. Firstly, Ardee Management they signed a deficient supplementary agreement; did not come forward for a fresh agreement as requested by RWA after six months expiry; the RWA revoked the above said deficient supplementary agreement, the Ardee Management deviated from the official route to cause acute harassment to the individuals,  instead of talking to the RWA, who can unitedly discuss with the Arbitrator. The supplementary agreement was not signed by any individual resident at all rather the then RWA unauthorisedly signed this one-sided and imbalanced supplementary agreement.  This entire course of further action is proposed to be discussed at the meeting of the Government Body to be held on Sunday the 4th January, 2015.
