I am happy to say that we have happily concluded the meeting of the Collegium (General Body) on the 26th April 2015. A number of decisions were taken at this meeting with a unanimous voice. However, the Chairman of the meeting (Sri Arvind Kumar) is rather busy these days and has, thus, not been able to sign the minutes, with the result that further action on some of the decisions cannot proceed immediately. However, the General Secretary is trying to meet Shri Arvind Kumar so that we can cross over this stage as early as possible.
Regarding the case of Shri Nihal S. Mandhotra in the court of the Arbitrator, the arguments on RWA's application that the Arbitrator cannot proceed for lack of jurisdiction, were concluded on the 27th April, 2015, when the Arbitrator reserved the judgement.
Shri Arun Sharma has conveyed to all, the contents of the report of the Tahsildar (Sales) office of Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon and of the State Registrar of Societies, Chandigarh. In both cases, the complaints filed by Shri Romesh Kumar Gupta against the RWA, have been dealt with, and in our opinion, once for all.
Best wishes and regards: RWA: MM Arora: 9818779796.
