• The problem relating to the maintenance bills and the electricity bills are occupying our minds as much as they are agitating your minds. We are going to continue our efforts in keeping with the present thinking to pay the maintenance bills in the ESCROW Account as we did during the last two months. Please cooperate and increase the number so that a befitting reply can be given to the Ardee Management. Regarding the electricity bills, in addition to the recourse to seek help of the Police Deptt., and the proposed en-masse action to pay these bills collectively at the Ardee office.

• General Secretary and Shri Arun K. Sharma, Treasurer (Shri Arvind Kumar, President was out of town), discussed this matter with the Advocate being contemplated to be engaged for our other legal matters, to see, amongst other things, if a separate application can be filed at this stage in the District Consumer Forum to seek direction to the Management to accept the electricity bills without insisting on payment of maintenance bills along side, which would be only in conformity to the forums already existing order dated 29th September 2014. It is hoped that we should be able to apprise you of the final outcome rather too soon.

• At the meeting held with the legal time, referred to above, other legal matters, such as maintenance security deposit paid by every allottee, to the Management, its present status, our status under the terms of the license granted to the builder for development of Ardee City vis-a-vis the facilities which we are entitled to and which we have not got, withdrawal of security element from the ambit of the maintenance agreement with the builder were also discussed in detail. We are likely to get a tentative note from the legal team outlining their approach in various matters. They will also be examining the jurisdictional and financial limitations, which are likely to come in the way of our deciding to approach the National Commission at this stage. As a matter of fact Shri Arun Sharma is in regular touch with the legal team and much better equipped to give a thorough brief to the members on the subject.

• As regards election to the vacant collegiums, necessary communication to the individual residents therein is being prepared and will be issued to them after discussion with Shri Ambardar in the next few days.
