Suit for cancellation of supplementary agreement‏

RWA has  filed a case against builder for rendition of account and cancellation of supplementary agreement in District court, and  the Honorable civil Judge , after hearing the matter and prima facie satisfied that a good case exists in favor of RWA and against the Ardee management , was please to issue the notice of the case to Ardee for their appearance and reply.
