Event Details : 'Peace to the World' Ethno-Mass by Lorenz Maierhofer.
Famous for its vast and varied repertoire, the Capital City Minstrels and the Hungarian Information and Cultural Centre will jointly pay a musical tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his 140th Birth Anniversary. The choir will sing selections from this intercultural Mass. The Ethno-Mass for Peace gives expression to a very special message of peace. The choral music blends rhythm and melody and binds it with spiritual messages and quotations from "great men and women of peace".
