A herd of red giraffes is slowly, gracefully moving on, balancing their flexible necks. Lanky on white line, the silhouettes of the nonchalant giraffes glide over the avenues and detach themselves on the frontage of buildings.

The city becomes the setting for a magenta ballet of immense necks. Their heads flirt with stories as much as with the people on the ground. Manipulated, articulated, disarticulated, inhabited by stiltwalkers both blind and invisible, they play the game and let themselves be tamed.

The circus director hits is drum, crashes his cymbals and dreams of having his giraffes cross circles of flames. His young wife, a gorgeous diva, vocalizes on and on, gathering around her in a lyrical taming the enamoured giraffes. Madness - Love - Marriage?

On the ground, the circus boys try and tease the senses, noses and papillae of the giraffes, as well the audience’s. Throuh a fit of clownesque and theatrical play, the band gets carried away inside the radiant storm passing through the city.

After prolonged journeys to Africa, the USA and India, he settles in Berlin in 1980, where he joins the Tempodrôme alternative circus. His artistic line focuses on an imaginary filled with extravagance and burlesque. His passion for Opera leads him to explore the genre and its adaptation to the urban context throughout many creations.
