Another Reminder - Verification of Particulars by Members by August 30th, 2026

                              NOTICE – DRAFT LIST OF RWA MEMBERS 

The draft list of RWA members, updated as of 09 August 2026, has been uploaded on the official website of the Ardee City Residents’ Welfare Association (Regd.) at www.ardeecityrwa.com.

A hard copy of the draft list is also available at the RWA Office at D-11/18, Basement, Ardee City, Gurugram, for verification of details by member residents.

All members are requested to verify their particulars carefully and bring to the notice of the RWA any discrepancies, omissions or required corrections on or before 30 August 2026, so that necessary corrections, subject to verification and applicable rules, may be considered to facilitate the participation of eligible members in the electoral process.

Only valid and eligible members/voters, as determined in accordance with the applicable provisions and the final electoral roll, shall be entitled to cast their vote. Voters shall be required to produce their RWA Identity Card and/or a valid photo identity document issued by the Government of India, as may be prescribed by the Returning Officer.

The elections for the new representative body shall be conducted by the Returning Officer (RO) in a fair, impartial and transparent manner in accordance with the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 (HRRS Act, 2012), as amended from time to time, and the applicable rules/by-laws.
