Collection of Nomination Forms for Governing Body Elections – 2026

Date: 23 September 2026

All elected Collegium Representatives of the sixty (60) Collegiums are hereby informed that, in accordance with the election schedule notified by the Returning Officer (RO) vide Circular No. RO/ELE/2026-08 dated 21 September 2026, the process for election of the new Governing Body of Ardee City Residents’ Welfare Association is now underway.

Accordingly, the elected Collegium Representatives who intend to contest for any position in the Governing Body are requested to collect the prescribed Nomination Form.

Venue for collection of Nomination Forms:
RWA Office, D-11/18 Basement, Ardee City, Gurugram

The Nomination Forms may be collected during the designated office hours (10:00 AM to 05:00 PM) and within the timeline prescribed in Circular No. RO/ELE/2026-08.

All prospective candidates are advised to carefully read the applicable election schedule, eligibility requirements and instructions contained in the said Circular before submitting their nomination forms.

The last date and time for submission of nominations, scrutiny, withdrawal and the date of election shall be as specified in Circular No. RO/ELE/2026-08 dated 21 September 2026.

All elected Collegium Representatives are requested to take note of the above and ensure compliance with the notified election schedule.
