BEWARE OF ANTI COLONY ELEMENTS SENDING NOTICES

Dear Residents,

As communicated earlier Ardee Infrastructure under agreement with Ardee City RWA dated 16-8-2013, raised the maintenance bills as per the new tarrif on prorata basis.

But some Anti-Colony elements has started mis-guiding residents against it and found distributing UN-NAMED notices and organising meetings, claiming to be from RWA.

One such notice was distributed on August 25th, 26th in the name of some Mr. SHARAD SHARMA and second notice has been distributed today i.e. September 5th without any name.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RWA HAS NO RELATION WITH THESE NOTICES AND TAKING POSSIBLE LEGAL ACTION AGAIST THEM FOR CREATING PANIC AND THREATENING RESIDENTS.

ALSO RWA ADVICE EVERY RESIDENT TO PAY ITS MAINTENANCE BILLS AS PER THE REVISED AMOUNT BILLS RECIEVED FROM ARDEE. SO THAT ARDEE CAN START ALL PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WORK ASAP.
