What is your opinion about having POWER BACK-UP?

Are we willing to pay one-time upfront charges for this, say 35,000/- to 40,000/-?

Are we willing to pay a minimum fixed charge every month PLUS, say Rs.10/- to Rs.11/- per unit, for electricity consumed from generator?
