Fillilg-up casual vacancies on the Collegium and Governing Body.

Notice No. 132 Dated 23.08.2016- Applications upto 16.00 hours on 03.09.2016 are invited from active members of the society to fill-up the following casual vacancies on the 12 nos.Collegiums on adhoc basis till the holding of next annual general meeting of the society, in the meeting of the Governing Body proposed to be held on 04.09.2016, as per Haryana Registration and Regulation Rules, 2012:- Collegium No.1 (residency villas 9 nos & flat nos. B-15 to B-17), 3 (Flat no. B-28 to B-37), 17 ( Flat no. C-1/38 to C-1/50), 21 (Flats under C-5,C-6) , 26 (Flat no. D-2/1 to D-2/20), 30 (Flat no. D-12/4 to D-12/16), 31 (Flat no. D-12/1 to D-12/3, D-12/17 to D-12/20, D-14/1 to D-14/6), 36 ( D-15/15 to D-15/20), 37 (Flat no. D-15/13A to to D-15/ 16A, D-16/16 to D-16/18), 42 (Flat no. C-14, C-13/1 to C-13/3), 47 (Flats under C-15), 53 (C-13 to C-16). APPLICATIONS ARE ALSO INVITED TO FILL-UP FOLLOWING  5 NOS. VACANCIES ON THE GOVERNING BODY FROM EXISTING MEMBERS OF THE COLLEGIUM UPTO 16.00 HOURS ON 03.09.2016 AND FROM NEWLY ELECTED MEMBERS OF THE COLLEGIUMS UPTO 04.09.2016 TO ENABLE THEM TO APPLY FOR THE SAID POSITIONS:- MEMBER (BLOCK-B), MEMBER (BLOCK-C-1), MEMBER (BLOCK-D), MEMBER (BLOCK-C-9 to C-20) & MEMBER (BLOCK-C).NOTE- APPLICATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE GENERAL SECRETARY OR THE PRESIDENT OR sH.
