Intimation of Modified Coll-Groups for Filing of Nomination to Executive Members

Dear residents/Collegium Representatives,

After completion of the first phase of election schedule, representatives for 54 Collegiums have been elected.

These elected collegium representatives would now be contesting/electing Governing Body (GB), which comprises of posts one each for President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Treasurer and 5 Executive members, one each from the 5 Collegium Groups as given below.

1. Col-Group A:                   Collegium Numbers 01 to 12
2. Col-Group B:                   Collegium Numbers 13 to 24
3. Col-Group C:                   Collegium Numbers 25 to 36
4. Col-Group D:                   Collegium Numbers 37 to 48
5. Col-Group E:                   Collegium Numbers 49 to 60

For electing 5 Executive members, each Col-Group shall have its contestants and voters separate from other Col-Groups.

The Nomination Forms will be available in the RWA Office (D-11/18 Basement) from tomorrow i.e. 29.09.2020 and can be collected between 10:00 Hrs to 16:00 Hrs.

The contestants are required to submit the duly filled Nominations on 30.9.2020 (Wednesday) from 9:00 Hrs to 12:00 Hrs and 14:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs.

Withdrawal of Nominations on 02.10.2020 (Friday) from 9:00 Hrs to 11:00 Hrs and 17:00 Hrs to 19:00 Hrs.

It may please be noted that the elections to the Governing Body would be conducted only if there are two or more nominations received for any of the above-mentioned posts of the GB.

During the elections, for candidates receiving equal number of votes, the inner/selection of candidate will be decided by draw of lots/parchi.
