Notice From Ad Hoc Committee                                                                                                                              

All the residents of Ardee City are hereby informed that there are going to be RWA elections for the formation of the new body within next 45 days(approx.).

A list of all the members is available in  RWA office and will be put up in the RWA website. The list contains the following details of the members:

1. Life time members.
2. Members (defaulter) whose membership is due for renewal/revival.
3. Members who have not filled the form 10 and/or not submitted passport size photograph and/or who do not have RWA membership card essential for casting vote.
4. Members who have all the required formalities fulfilled but find their names missing from the list for whatsoever reasons.

In case you happen to be in any of the above category kindly visit RWA office any day except for Wednesday between 10am to 5pm. Kindly do so on or before 29th March 2017 without fail so that you are eligible to vote.

To renew or revive your membership RWA only accepts payment by cheque.

Kindly carry a cheque which you may fill after the office Asst. Mr. Aashish verifies your account and ascertains the payment amount.

Kindly cooperate by adhering to the time line and help ad hoc committee to conduct the elections efficiently and peacefully.
