MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD IN THE OFFICE OF THE ACP DISTRICT EAST (GURGAON)
The residents of Ardee City held a protest rally at Gate No.2 of Ardee City and infront of Ardee Administrative Office on 14th Jan 2011 and 15th Jan 2011. ACP Shri Dalbir Singh Yadav initiated negotiations to solve the crises and called the Ardee management to his office.
The Association was represented by Managing Committee and the member residents. Ardee Management is represented by their Vice President Shri Anil Asija and Project Manager Shri Chander Shekhar Dheer.
- Shri Anil Asija confirmed that he has been authorised by the Management to participate and settle the related issues.
- Regarding errant supply of ELECTRICITY in the colony Sh Anil Asija confirmed that he will take all the effective steps to restore the normalcy by adopting the method of replacing the worn out and age old equipment/appliances which are causing these repeated breakdowns. The whole process shall be completed within two months. Also, he agreed to enhance load of 14 MW or whatsoever is required in the colony of such a magnitude and also considering the enhanced future load. Till such time as enhancement of load is not done, no new connections will be granted/sanctioned.
- Regarding ROADS in the colony – the repair work will start on 15th Feb and be completed by 15th March.
- Regarding SECURITY – a committee with the RWA shall be formed. A list of security personnel deployed shall be provided to RWA & ACP and then both shall check their regularity and presence and the same to be reported to authorities concerned.
- The water and electricity connections provided to construction sites shall be disconnected immediately.
- Regarding HOUSEKEEPING and HORTICULTURE – all measures will be taken by Ardee to make the colony clean. These measures shall be implemented within 3 months time.
- Vice President also reported that Ardee Management is ready to hand over services after working out the possibilities and measures. This process and modalities shall start immediately and completed within 3 months.
