Today RWA received a memo dated 19th September from the STP office for a meeting on 26th September 2014 to review the action taken and also review the issue related the issuance of NOC.
In my opinion those 59 cases of floors and 1 Villa, for which the status is "Show Cause notice issued but reply not submitted" and other 7 cases where application for OC hasn't been submitted yet would be discussed and are critical.
Owners of those houses (List attached) are requested to contact the RWA urgently so that we can prepare a reply and our stand accordingly. My update on August 28th, 2014 under the following thread reproduced here:

Fresh Application to be filed: These are 7 most important cases where the owners haven't even applied for the CC. Mr Jawahar is in touch with them. Can I request them to please initiate the process.
