RWA Update on Actions 20-Jan-2015

• The process of election to the vacant cllegiums is proceeding on the right lines and we plan to conclude the same by the end of January 2015.

• Sarvashri Arvind Kumar, M.M. Arora and Arun Sharma have attended the hearing in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, on the 19th January, 2015. S/Shri R.K. Gupta, the complainant and Shri T.N. Kaul, former President, RWA, also were present, since the matter concerned the purchase of sports goods during the regime of the previous RWA. The Addl. D.C. gave a very patient hearing.  He was informed that the Tahsildar (Sales) has already held the enquiry and report on the subject has been submitted to him by the RWA on the 12th instant. A copy of this report has been given to the Additional Deputy Commissioner also.
