RWA Update on Actions 30-Jan-2015

• The residents  of Ardee City  are well aware that the RWA celebrated the Republic Day on the 26th January, 2015.  Many children participated in the various games.  Races were also organised for different age groups. Tug of war was played between teams comprising ladies and gents  Mouth-watering  Pizzas and Samosas, etc.  were available on food-stalls. Children were entertained to drinks like Frooti with confectionary items.  All told, a good fun amongst dance and music.  Certificates of   participation were also issued.  The star items was of course the hoisting of the national flag by the President Shri Arvind Kumar.

• The hearing in the State Consumer Forum was attended by Shri Sharad Sharma, Executive Member, on the 28th January 2015.  The court fixed the next date of hearing on the 20th February, 2015. Shri Sharma would be sharing the proceedings in the next few days, when he will also guide us about the extra preparation required to be made for this date.  The matter will also be coming up before the District Consumer Forum on the 16th February, 2015.

• Shri Romesh Kumar Gupta has requested for more information/documents. The matter is under consideration and any decision will depend on the legal provisions and the directions, if any, from the District Registrar of Firms & Societies, Gurgaon.
