• A case of security lapse at C-63/H1, G.F. In Ardee City occurred. The security man posted there did not report for 2-3 days consecutively. Shri S.L. Mehndiratta, resident of the flat reported the matter to the Management, who got him in touch with the Security Agency serving the area. Instead of any decent solution, Shri Mehdiratta got two bouncers at about 11.00 p.m. At his house. They had no regrets for the security lapse. To the contrary, they took a bouncer-attitude and told him that it does not matter to them if the security guard had not come for 2-3 days. The matter is being brought to the notice of the Management for suitable remedial action.
• It has been reported by Shri Jagmohan Gujral, resident of C-6/7, G.F. as well as the First floor owner that very recently, a large scale tiffin service has been started in their vicinity, where a P.G. Accommodation facility is operating and gas leakage accident occurred in their kitchen. They stated that they have informed the Ardee management of the incident. It was suggested to them to suitably inform the SHO Sector 56, the Senior Town Planner and the Medanta City, whose employees are staying in the PG accommodation). They can also forward a copy of the complaint to the Fire Station Incharge. They requested that RWA should also help them in the matter. They were assured of all possible help, including forwarding a copy of their complaint to the Ardee Management, etc.
• The RWA should soon be able to finalise the arrangement for hiring of an electrician/plumber for the convenience of the residents. Details can be expected in the next few days.
