Dear Residents,

We had a meeting with ACP and the representatives of Ardee builder on registry and a host of other issues. 

On registry:

• The ACP asked individual resident to write an application addressing it to ACP and clearly mentioning the stamp duty amount at the  prevailing circle rate. This has to be done within two days. 
   
• The ACP told the representatives of the builder to speak with their management immediately that maintenance can not be linked with registry
   
• The ACP told Ardee guys if they did not act within a week  an FIR would be filed against Ardee as delaying registry is resulting in loss of revenue to the state exchequer. 

This application has to be given in RWA office D-11/18 Basement. We humbly request you to act fast on this with two days.
